This Game Is Not Working

Are you ever going to fix this game and I payed for this game and extras in the game.Since you upgraded I have not been able to play at all.
Could you fix it I think I have waited a long time for this to be fixed and did you ever think this is not good for you and selling your games and ripping people off.Fix it or get out of game making because you dont no what you are doing.
